At what age can children use the spa?
The pool area, including the children's pool, is open to guests of all ages. The spa area, with its saunas and relaxation areas, is open to guests 14 years of age and older.
Is there a day spa for non-residents?
Yes, on a limited basis. From around mid-April through November, our spa is also open to non-residents. A swimming rate is available from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; after 12:00 p.m., the day spa rate applies. During the winter season, the spa and pool area are reserved exclusively for guests of the Aufdenblatten Collection.
Does the Alpen Resort & Spa have a wellness area?
Yes, the Alpen Resort & Spa features one of the largest wellness and spa areas in Zermatt. Spanning over 1,000 m², it offers pools, saunas, relaxation areas, and a wide variety of wellness treatments—the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate.
Is the spa area included in the room rate?
Yes, access to the spa and wellness area is included in the room rate for our hotel guests.
Are bathrobes and bath towels included?
Yes, during your stay, we will provide you with bathrobes and bath towels for the spa area free of charge.
