If your travel dates are flexible, it’s also worth checking other dates. Our reservations team will also be happy to assist you personally via email or phone in finding a suitable alternative.
Can I change a reservation after it's been made?
Changes may be possible depending on the booking and availability. Simply contact our reservations team—we’ll be happy to review your request and, if possible, find a suitable solution.
When do I have to pay for the room?
An advance payment is required for your stay. We will send you a secure payment link before the cancellation deadline. Tourist taxes and additional charges can be conveniently paid on site.
