To make a table reservation with us, you can use our online tool or contact us by phone or email. Our online tool is operated by a third-party provider, which collects your reservation and guest information, stores it on our behalf, and makes it available to us. You can also reserve a table through the Matterhorn app, which is operated by Zermatt Tourism. In this case, Zermatt Tourism will collect your reservation and guest data, store it centrally, and forward it to us. The following data is collected, processed, and stored by us, our service provider, and Zermatt Tourism in connection with your online reservation: reservation details (date, time, restaurant, number of guests, changes, and cancellations); guest information (first name, last name, email address, phone number, and/or personal messages/requests provided by the guest in the comment field)
