Prenatal massage
Prenatal massage is designed to promote relaxation and well-being for both mother and baby. Suitable only for women in their second and third trimesters.
Alps Junior
This exclusive massage is performed using extra virgin organic coconut oil—for our younger guests ages 5 to 12.

The Energy Line Massage combines flowing, gentle strokes with firmer, deeper pressure along your meridians and on trigger points. The massage involves working on the entire body, with the therapist focusing on specific areas that need to be released. This is a powerful treatment to help you regain your vital energy and release blockages in the body. Using the energizing oil from “Jardin des monts.”
Hot herbal stamp
Using our homemade cotton herbal compresses, this massage combines the power of alpine herbs with the benefits of an oil massage, for deep soothing of tender muscles and complete relaxation of body and mind.

Using a small wooden hammer and chisel, deep vibrations are created through rhythmic tapping, causing the muscle tissue and the body to vibrate gently.
Abdominal Detox
This treatment aims to work on structural dysfunctions (low back pain, pelvic and shoulder problems), digestive disorders and emotional tensions.
