Journey to Zermatt

Zermatt is a car-free village. Access for private traffic is allowed up to the village of Täsch, which is about 5 km away. The road Täsch-Zermatt is closed for public traffic. If you have any questions about your arrival, we will be happy to help you.

Arrival by train

If you are traveling by train, you have daily train connections from all surrounding airports from 6 a.m. to around midnight, which will take you to the final stop in Zermatt. Just give us a call and we will be happy to pick you up. You can check your best travel time on the website www.sbb.ch.

Arrival by car

You can drive your car to the village of Täsch, which is about five kilometers before Zermatt. As soon as you reach Täsch, stay on the main road until you see the golden locomotive on the left-hand side. There you will find the "Ante Portas" parking garage with over 160 parking spaces. You can pre-book a parking space here.

Shuttle service for arrival & departure

Once you have reached Zermatt, simply call us and we will pick you up at the Zermatt train station with our shuttle cab.You can also make use of our electric cab upon departure and be brought back to the train station after check-out.The shuttle service is free of charge for our guests and available for you from 07-21:00.
